Be one of the first to share your views on the 2017 BCPS Stakeholder Survey
Survey window opens on Monday, Jan. 30
TOWSON, MD. – BCPS wants to know what students, parents, teachers, staff, and community members think of BCPS. From Monday, Jan. 30 through Friday, March 3, the annual Baltimore County Public Schools’ Stakeholder Survey will be available online at http://www.bcps.org.
“Last year, we used Stakeholder Survey data to guide school improvement, identify staff training areas, improve office safety, and help staff work together more effectively,” said BCPS Superintendent Dr. S. Dallas Dance. “Your responses to this year’s survey can help us improve even more!”
The survey is anonymous and takes five minutes or less to complete on a phone, tablet, or computer. New this year, the survey is available for students in Grades 4 – 12, parents, and community members in 16 languages: Amharic, Arabic, Burmese, Chinese, English, French, Gujarati, Korean, Nepali, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, Urdu, Uzbek, Vietnamese, and Yoruba.
Individuals who fit into more than one category – for example, a staff person who is also the parent of a BCPS student – can take the survey more than once in order to answer questions based on each of the categories. In addition, parents who have students in more than one school are encouraged to take the survey specific to each school their children attend. Parents can choose to take the survey at their child’s school rather than at home or at a public library.
