The Education Foundation of Baltimore County Public Schools, Inc., provides support for continuous growth and success of Baltimore County Public Schools students and their families. Our funds are designated to support district-wide initiatives (S.T.A.T. – Students and Teacher Accessing Tomorrow), 21st Century Instructional Initiative Grants and Scholarships. The scholarship program provides our students with resources to attend post-secondary education facilities.
During the 2015-2016 school year, the foundation will award two $1,000.00 scholarships to every comprehensive high school in Baltimore County. The focus for this school year will be:
- Business, Economics, Entrepreneurial and Financial Literacy (BEEF)
- Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM)

Maryland Retired School Personnel Association (MRSPA) Scholarship Program
The Maryland Retired School Personnel Association (MRSPA), through its MRSPA fund, is offering three $2,000 scholarships to public school employees in Maryland who are enrolled in a program leading to teacher certification. The scholarship is also available to certified teachers who are pursuing certification in another area.
