State of the Schools 2016

Hosted by The Education Foundation of Baltimore County Public Schools, Inc.

Spring is right around the corner, and that means it is nearly time for the Foundation’s signature event, State of the Schools 2016.   Those in attendance in April, 2015 were welcomed by a high-spirited marching band, imaginative student sculptures that brightened the luncheon tables, sounds of violins and cellos that filled our hearts with peace and tranquility, multi-aged dancers who soared gracefully throughout the ballroom, and our students, who elevated their voices in song to convey a smile to everyone.  In what way will this year’s State of the Schools showcase the talent and excellence of our school district?  Time is of the essence and those in attendance will witness the many talented performances on March 23, 2016, at Martin’s West.

As the final preparations and attention to details are being completed, we would like to announce, recognize, and extend our sincere thanks to you, our TEAM BCPS partners.  Your support is essential to the success of our schools, and on behalf of The Education Foundation of Baltimore County Public Schools, Inc., we deeply appreciate your generous support through your sponsorship selection.

As a TEAM BCPS partner and through your participation in State of the Schools 2016, you are providing funding for S.T.A.T (Students & Teachers Accessing Tomorrow).  S.T.A.T. is a multi-year transformation of teaching and learning.  Our effective digital learning environments are preparing globally competitive graduates with 21st century learning skills.    As a TEAM BCPS partner, your participation allows the Education Foundation to award to our schools instructional initiative grants that focus on 21st century themes as well as scholarships for post-secondary opportunities for our students.  We are so honored that you selected to participate in the Education Foundation, and we look forward to the cultivation of our long lasting partnership.

The following TEAM BCPS partners are demonstrating their support for public education in Baltimore County Public Schools. . . . A monumental THANK YOU!  We look forward to seeing each of you at State of the Schools 2016.
