Mick Rayburn

Mick Rayburn, Past President | Vice President, The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company

Mr. Mick Rayburn is a Vice President with 19 years of industry experience all with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, a Baltimore County based construction firm. His responsibilities include management of an operating group out of Whiting-Turner’s Towson, MD headquarters including oversight of all phases of construction projects within the group from pre-construction activities to end user occupancy and project closeout. He also serves as the company’s K-12 National Leader.

Mick is a product of the Calvert County Public School system and received a BS in Architecture from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2004. He holds both LEED AP BD&C and CCM (Ceritified Construction Manager) Certifications and is a Leadership Baltimore County, Class of 2019 alum.

Mick and his wife, Erika, who is a Baltimore County Public Schools Physical Education Teacher, reside in northern Baltimore County and have 3 children currently receiving educations from Baltimore County Public Schools.
