About David
Mr. David Uhlfelder has served as an ex-officio member of the Foundation for several years and is currently serving his second year as the President of the Baltimore County Public Schools Board of Education. A certified public accountant and the president of David Uhlfelder, PA, he attended the University of Maryland, College Park, earning a degree in business and public administration.
A life-long residence of the Pikesville community, he provides his time, talent and treasure serving as a member of the board of directors for the Pikesville Chamber of Commerce and a life member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Board member and treasurer of the Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital.
