Many hands make light work!
Since the first Exchangeree: Gizmos and Gadgets Galore opened in 2018, over $3.4 million worth of donated school supplies and classroom resources have been dispersed back into Baltimore County Public Schools. These educator resource centers support the academic, social-emotional, and physical wellbeing of the school systems’ more than 111,000 students and 10,000 educators. How does the tiny, but mighty, Education Foundation team keep its flagship centers afloat? With the help of an amazing cadre of adult volunteers and BCPS students. Today, the foundation celebrates how its Student Ambassadors keep the shelves of the Exchangerees fully stocked so teachers can shop at no cost to themselves!
