Scholarship Opportunities from The Education Foundation of BCPS
The Education Foundation of Baltimore County Public Schools, Inc., provides multiple opportunities to support the growth and success of BCPS students, families, and educators. Our funds are designated to support district-wide initiatives, such as, but not limited to, the Exchangeree: Gizmos & Gadgets Galore, (two collaborative educator resource centers), partnerships, apprenticeships, 21st century instructional initiative grants, and scholarships.
The Education Foundation works with generous philanthropic donors to provide encouragement to BCPS students to further their education and become lifelong learners. Scholarships are provided to BCPS students who will attend post-secondary education facilities and obtain the knowledge and skills needed to be globally competitive. Scholarships are provided through The Education Foundation Scholarship Program and The Education Foundation Private Philanthropic Scholarship Program. Since 2004, the Education Foundation has awarded 450 scholarships to BCPS students totaling $625,745.
