Dogwood Elementary School Hosts Conscious Discipline Professional Development Activity
GATHERING TO LEARN MORE ABOUT SUPPORTING THE EMOTIONAL AND SOCIAL NEEDS OF STUDENTS
On Wednesday, October 5, Dogwood Elementary School Principal Deborea Montgomery, Ph.D., and her staff hosted “Conscious Discipline: Safety, Connection, and Problem Solving.” More than 150 enthusiastic educators spent the day learning more about Conscious Discipline, a classroom management program designed to enable teachers to address the emotional and social needs of their students.
