Mission Moment: Baltimore BLAST. A Team of Champions!
On Friday, April 7th, one of our BCPS partners, our very own Baltimore BLAST will be facing off against Mexico’s Soles De Sonora, to compete for the Ron Newman Cup and the MASL Championship 2017 Title! This is not their first go around. The Baltimore BLAST are 8 x champions and this is the 2nd consecutive year in a row that the BLAST have made it to the championship.
The Baltimore BLAST have carried the name of Baltimore to the finals and has won over and over again. They are great examples of persistence, teamwork, positivity and endurance for our children. This partnership has extended beyond the soccer field. Team members have supported BCPS in many ways by visiting our schools, serving as speakers in classrooms, mentoring children in the library, kicking off teacher/team member volleyball competitions and participating in several other fun filled events. They are great global ambassadors for our school community and beyond
In support of BCPS, the Baltimore BLAST has extended a special offer to BCPS. Receive a FREE student ticket with the purchase of one or more tickets @ $20 each. Parents receive a $5 discount for booking early, prior to April 6th. (Tickets at the gate are $25 each.) Game starts at 8:05 P.M.
