COUNTY EXECUTIVE TO PROCLAIM MARCH “NATIONAL NUTRITION MONTH” AT SHOPRITE OF TIMONIUM

TIMONIUM, MD — (February 23, 2016) — Baltimore County Executive Kevin B. Kamenetz and other local dignitaries will be on hand at the ShopRite of Timonium on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 to celebrate the county’s proclamation that the month of March has officially been designated as “National Nutrition Month” in Baltimore County.

The event will kickoff at 12:30 pm with a variety of nutritious snacks and light refreshments to sample around the store in celebration of the proclamation. At 1:00 pm, there will be a short speech by County Executive Kevin B. Kamenetz to honor March as National Nutrition Month.  ShopRite’s in-store dietitian, Elisabeth D’Alto, RD, LDN, will then provide a short store tour to the attendees to showcase various health & wellness initiatives, which includes our complimentary nutrition services for customers.
