Debbie Phelps Named Top 100 Women of 2014

Congratulations to Deborah Phelps, Director of the Education Foundation of BCPS, for being named one of the Top 100 Women of 2014 by The Daily Record. This is a very esteemed award and we are extremely proud of Ms. Phelps. There will be an award ceremony on Monday, May 5, 2014 from 5:00 – 8:30 p.m. at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall.
