Moving Forward. Together Again.
The State of the Schools 2023 was an opportunity to come together as a community to celebrate and recognize our richly diverse students and our talented leaders and staff in Baltimore County Public Schools. It was a time to reflect on the past, celebrate the present, and focus on the future. This annual event has been the signature event of The Education Foundation of Baltimore County Public Schools. This year it was held on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at Dundalk/Sollers Point Technical High School from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

A celebration and recognition of BCPS students and educators from throughout the district showcasing their major accomplishments.
• 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. | State of the Schools Program and Address
An exquisite program featuring the many passions of BCPS students, our talented future leaders, influencers, and decision-makers, including musical, dance and oratorical renderings. Dr. Darryl L. Williams, Superintendent, BCPS shared his vision and recognized and celebrated our talented students, staff, and schools.
The Education Foundation of BCPS is honored to serve as the conduit between our partners who continuously champion our schools and Team BCPS who discover new and innovative ways to learn and explore. As our partnerships grow, we witness the benefits received by the school community.
