Become a Books for Bins Champion of Education

The Books for Bins Campaign supports teachers and staff in building and enhancing classroom libraries as well as a students' home libraries.  Books for Bins provides books for students for reading all year long and provides both leisure and professional books and resources for teachers' personal and professional use.

Ways to support: 

Host a Book Drive!

Collect new and gently used books and then schedule a donation drop-off date and time with foundation headquarters staff (call 443.809.8962 or email hwooldridge@bcps.org).  

Make a Monetary Donation!

Make a monetary donation.  Click here to donate funds through our electronic dip jar or visit our website to donate through our giving portal. 

All donations and funds raised for the Books for Bins Campaign will go directly to students, teachers, and schools. Your generosity affords the opportunity for students and teachers to have access to unlimited diverse books to inspire their love of reading and learning.
