Mr. Joe Mondell, Vice President of Advancement | Financial Planner, Legacy Capital

Joe is CFP® CPWA®, AIF® and APMA®. He works with families and business owners to execute tax mitigation strategies, retirement planning and wealth management. His commitment towards the betterment of community is reflected in the numerous organizations and leadership groups he is affiliated with which include: The Associated's Planned Giving Round Table: Program Committee, Stocks in the Future | In-class presenter, Recreation Council Coach: Baseball & Basketball, and Junior Achievement: Associate Leadership Council.

Born and raised in Baltimore County, he received education through the Baltimore County Public School system, and attended college locally at Towson University. He is the son of a teacher (30+ years in Baltimore City), nephew of a 30+ year educator in Baltimore City and his wife Orly Mondell has been in the BCPS system since 2008. Orly was named Teacher of the Year for BCPS and is now an Assistant Principal at Parkville Middle School.

Joe's educational background includes, University of Chicago Booth School, the Investment & Wealth Institute, Towson University, Pikesville High School, Pikesville Middle School and Wellwood Elementary School.
