The Education Foundation of BCPS is holding our first Clean Sweep Drive in partnership with Savers Super Thrift Store, a global thrift organization from June 1-30, 2015. How can you help and support…by cleaning out offices, garages, basements and other rooms in your home, putting the items in boxes and delivering them to the Savers Super Thrift Store in Owings Mills.
Items collected and donated during the drive will be re-sold at local Savers stores, which benefit community partner organizations, such as the Vietnam Veterans of America. Proceeds from this Clean Sweep Drive will benefit students in Baltimore County Public Schools. For every soft good item donated, twenty cents will be donated to the Education Foundation and for every hard good item, five cents will be donated. So begin the cleaning process.
